GamesFolio is made by a small team. Email support@gamesfolio.com and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days.

Reporting a problem

The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

• What you were doing, and what happened instead.
• The sport and, if it is about a specific game, the match name.
• Your device and OS version — for example "Pixel 7, Android 15".
• The app version, shown on the Profile tab under Settings.
• A screenshot, if it is something you can see.

Common requests

A score is wrong

Any scorer on the match can undo the most recent event, and in cricket you can edit an earlier ball. If a match has already been finalised and the result is wrong, email us with the match name and what it should be.

Remove my name from a scorecard

Anyone can be added as a guest player by a teammate. If your name is in the app and you would rather it were not, email privacy@gamesfolio.com and we will remove it.

Delete my account

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you cannot open the app, email privacy@gamesfolio.com from the address you signed in with. The account deletion page explains what is deleted and what is kept.

A stream will not start

Only a scorer on the match can broadcast, and the app needs camera and microphone permission. Check both, then make sure you are on a connection that can sustain an upload.

Before you write

These come up most often:

• Is GamesFolio free? Yes — completely. Every feature is available to everyone, with no ads, no subscription and nothing to buy inside the app.
• Which sports can I score? Cricket, football and badminton today. The app is built sport-generically, so more sports can be added without rebuilding how matches work.
• Can I live stream a match? Yes. The host broadcasts from their phone camera and viewers watch inside the app with the live score overlaid. One person can broadcast and score from the same device. Streams are in-app only — there is no YouTube or web playback, and streams are not recorded.
• Do all the players need to sign up? No. You can add guest players by name, so casual teammates appear on scorecards without creating an account. Only the person scoring needs to sign in.
• Does scoring work without internet? Not yet. Scoring is online-only today so that the score stays authoritative and everyone watching sees the same thing. Offline scoring is planned.

If you find a security problem, please email support@gamesfolio.com with the details rather than posting it publicly, and give us a chance to fix it first. We are grateful for the report.
